Having a return policy and an exchange policy is always important. We want you to be happy, so here is our policies with regard to returns and exchanges!


HEARTFELT DESIGNS -- RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

When returning or exchanging orders, please fill out the Return/Exchange form. PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY!! Return this form along with the items for return/exchange.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

Please follow the instructions below for returning/exchanging items.

We realize things happen: babies grow very fast, the recipient did not like the shoes/booties or desired something different! That’s okay. Shoes/booties may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order provided that:

  1. It is unworn; in its original packaging (including tissue stuffing and other packaging);
  2. It arrives back to us in “as new” condition.
  3. You will have until 30 days of the receipt of your order to return your items.
  4. Holiday returns/exchanges will use either the 30 days or 3 weeks from the December 25th Holiday which ever is greater.
  5. We are prohibited by law to accept returns on shoes/booties that have been worn.
  6. All items returned are subject to inspection. Items returned incomplete, damaged/used, or after 30 day deadline has expired will not be refunded.
  7. We do not issue Return Authorization numbers, call tags, or shipping labels so you do not need to call to obtain these numbers.
  8. Shipping the shoes/booties back to us is your responsibility so we ask that you ship them back via an insured carrier (i.e. UPS, US MAIL, FEDEX etc.).
  9. Please be sure to ship the shoes/booties back to us in the shipping box they came in. This prevents the box from being crushed and the shoes/booties being lost. Boxes that are damaged by this method of return will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% at our discretion.
  10. SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE!
  11. Returns must be accompanied with a copy, or gift version of the original receipt.
  12. Items returned due to possible manufacturing defect will either be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Items returned to us that are found to be damaged due to neglect/normal wear and tear will be NOT be returned to the customer and NO refund/exchange will be given!

  14. It is up to you to properly maintain and care for your purchase. Please be sure to go to the Shoe Care section of the website before and after your purchase to insure that you know how to protect your investment.
  15. Credits get issued by Paypal usually within 72 hours after we have completed our inspection of the returned items.

    In addition to returns, you may need to exchange an item. Therefore, in addition to our return policy, please review our policy below on exchanges.


    EXCHANGE POLICY

    If you would like to exchange the item you ordered please fill out the Exchange/Return form. PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY!! Fill out the information on both the (a) one you are returning as well as (b) the one you would like to exchange them for.

It is advisable that you fill out this form and send it with the shoes/booties. It usually takes about the same time and you avoid going through the trouble of placing another order.
