Chore Charts

by Donna Maddox
(DeClutterbuddy)

I think that if kids feel they have a say and choice with Chores they are more likely to do them. I have 8 kids and have struggled with getting them to do them, when they get to choose and I don't have to nag them I feel they get them done more frequently . I created a chore system that they pick out the chores for the day and have two pockets, one with "chores to do" and the other is"done chores" once they do the chore they move it to the done pocket it! As long as they do it and it gets done by the end of the day it's good,if not there are consequences! Makes things easier on all of us!
